Founded by Linda MaGee-Jones, an Aging Life Care Professional, our mission is to guide seniors and disabled individuals in managing their care and navigating life’s challenges. With over two decades of experience in social services and private industry, Linda is passionate about empowering seniors through compassionate care planning.
My greatest passion—beyond family and friends—is helping older adults age successfully by sharing the wisdom I’ve gained through life experience. My goal is to create empowering care plans that awaken seniors to their value, purpose, and ability to live well at any stage.
Ageless Resource Connection was born from my experiences with loved ones who lacked care plans, leading to unnecessary hardships. Witnessing their struggles inspired me to become an advocate for seniors, ensuring they have the resources and support to manage their affairs with dignity. In 2018, I joined the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) to further this mission.
I bring both personal and professional expertise to this work. My background includes a master’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino, and a bachelor’s in social work from Southern University New Orleans. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and spent 20 years with the U.S. Department of Labor as a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist. Additionally, I have over two decades of experience consulting on vocational rehabilitation for various organizations, including the Social Security Administration and the Veterans’ Administration.
My passion for senior care was deeply shaped by caring for my mother, who battled dementia, and supporting an elderly veteran. I have since dedicated myself to advocating for older adults, coordinating care, and ensuring they have access to the resources needed for a fulfilling life. My mission is simple: to help seniors navigate aging with confidence, dignity, and the best possible support.
My mission is to create a plan, nurture, and maintain an environment of healthy aging, educate, challenge, and unlimited potential for all those around me.

I will connect clients with the right information in the moments care decisions are made and advocate on their behalf to ensure quality of care and an optimal life through.
